Though this is a private community, we have provided many open forums that include our mission statement, policies & guidelines, hot topics, forums & sub-forum titles, member testimonials - ample information for you to read and decide whether this community may be a place that would suit your needs. About Our Community:
Members of this community are kind, supportive, and compassionate. We are serious about healing. The members participate in 'open discussion' without worry of acceptance or censorship. This is a support forum where members seriously discuss the struggles of living with DID. We are always here for each other.

Privacy:
Member posts are private from public view - as members have requested. They are not fed into search engines such as Google or Yahoo. Members are required to complete a short application. All information provided is confidential. We also require that anything written on this board, stays on this board.

Trolling:

Unfortunately, every board or group will have the occasional troll. regardless of how carefully the board is monitored by staff and members.

'Trolls':
Try to disrupt, destroy, or change communities in order to fulfill their own personal agendas. They do not present a safety issue to members. When ignored, they become no more than an irritant.
They use techniques such as:

Flooding by excessive posting
Attacking regular members
Attempting to 'divide and conquer'
Threatening members
Spreading rumors
Violating group policies
Posting under many alias'
Emailing members in order to befriend and alienate members/staff from each other.
Trolls often have serious issues that cause them a need to control others.
Trolls do not hang around boards or communities where members do not respond to their rants, bashes, gossip, and rumors.
Members of this community report all trolling activity. We are a community who works together for the purpose of keeping the integrity and safety of all members.

Trolling is strictly prohibited in this community.
